[REQ] Freeze Ct after he attacks a T (HnS) ! (For Hns)

Hi Guys , I Need a PLugin that "freeze" the CT for 3 seconds  when he attacks a T With knife For hns (Anti-Frag)
If a plugins already exists please give me a link, i've use Google , but can't Find it ! :/
